It's been a crazy week and I'm delinquent on posting pics- so sorry.

Everyone has been sick with at least one ailment or another for the last 7 days. Here's hoping next week is a healthier week!

Still sick

We will be staying home again tomorrow. She has a bad cough and needs more rest. She is eating and drinking fine and wants to play. So those are good signs. We had a picnic at the park because it was so nice out. Hopefully we can do that again tomorrow too.

She blew kisses at the park and at home she enjoyed using a stool. First to sit on and then to climb on.

Home today

Well, we went to the doc yesterday and Ryleigh has coxsakie virus. It's also called hand, foot and mouth disease. She has a very mild form and the lesions are only on the backs of her legs and two in her feet. They can also show up in her throat, but she is clear.
She also has a runny nose ad cough.

So we will be home today (Tuesday) and then back to normal tomorrow if it looks like the lesions are healed.

She is eating and drinking and getting rest. And playing of course.

The weather will be nice today so we will get out to the park for a while.

Yellow Rocking Chair

Ryleigh sat in the yellow rocking chair today. We had it in the closet and I thought it might be time to bring it out for her to sit in while watching sesame street. Well, that worked for about 5 min and then she decided to stand up on it! I guess we will put it away a little longer. We stabilized it and she got up on it herself, but didn't sit down. Just kept climbing....

Preparing for fall

Lots to get ready for. Ryleigh will transition to Toddler 1 soon! She will have to wear shoes every day all day, so we got 3 pairs today. She love playing with all her shoes and there is a pic of that. She likes to try to put them on too. She tries to put on all her cloths.

She is growing and learning do much each day. We are so proud of her.

HI!

Had to take Ryleigh to the pediatrician today (in the end the rash is just excema). We were in the waiting room and she standing by the train table studying it. Then the nurse came into the waiting room and said, "Ryleigh." Ryleigh snaps around and says, "HI!" So cute

Oh... And she got to wear her rain coat today! It was POURING this morning.

First word

I forgot to mention the other day that Ryleigh can verbally say Hi! It's very cute. I hope to get a video to post someday soon.
